Do not use this business. There was some recent storms last week and my mothers storage unit on the 3rd floor was flooded. They offered a storage unit instead on the 2nd floor. My mother had to move everything herself as they did not assist her to move out of the flooded unit. They offered no compensation for damaged items, they offered no discounts for this inconvenience such as reduced rental fees to compensate for damaged items and moving the items to another storage unit that was not damaged by water.
Stay away! We moved our belongings to the Greenbriar location in April 2024 and from the very beginning there were multiple red flags – poor customer service and zero accountability by Mr. Moe who was nowhere to be found when the code he gave us to get into the unit did not work after driving a fully loaded 26’ truck for five hours on a Saturday. The facility is fine. However, the cost of my second-floor 10X10 unit doubled in three years with no added service or benefit. I found a ground-floor unit in a newer facility for less money.
I was so impressed with this facility and the excellent team! Heather, Scott, and Kathy were wonderful to deal with. Everything went so smoothly, and helped to lessen the stresses of going through a move. My unit was on the second floor and the elevator and carts always worked great. This facility is top notch, so clean, well organized, and efficient!
Heather and Scott are fantastic. They set my husband and I up with a great storage unit and they couldn't of been more helpful. We went to another storage company they didn't have any available and I am glad. Because we got a great price and excellent customer service at Atlantic Self Storage, facility is so clean and so accessible.
