This is the worst storage facility in Jax. They nickle and dime you charging over $60 in late fees a month. I gave them the required notice to vacate signed a document in their office and they are still attempting to bill me. They are billing me for services I no longer have but when I asked for a zero balance letter was told they can’t issue a letter correcting their mistake. Very good to loyal customers. Helpful employees. 24hr access makes it easier to get to our stuff whenever we need it. Gave a starter kit when we did our rental. And will occasionally give a discount when renting multiple units. I highly recommend this location. One thing to remember: while the address is on Normandy, the entrance is actually on Lindsey.

Sonia has been working with me for a couple months now. She upholds the most professionalism and shows nothing but empathy towards everyone she meets. She answers every question and always has a smile on her face I'm happy that she was the one to help me through the most difficult times of moving

Victoria took the time to explain everything to me on the telephone before I drove to the facility so I was not in for any surprises! Upon arrival today, everything was just as she explained! LOVE the size of the storage unit! Everything was neat and clean and she gave us great giveaways! She has the PERFECT PERSONALITY for that position! She made us feel like "we mattered "!!!! Looking forward to doing business with Atlantic Storage!!!!!
