Very good to loyal customers. Helpful employees. 24hr access makes it easier to get to our stuff whenever we need it. Gave a starter kit when we did our rental. And will occasionally give a discount when renting multiple units. I highly recommend this location. One thing to remember: while the address is on Normandy, the entrance is actually on Lindsey.

Victoria took the time to explain everything to me on the telephone before I drove to the facility so I was not in for any surprises! Upon arrival today, everything was just as she explained! LOVE the size of the storage unit! Everything was neat and clean and she gave us great giveaways! She has the PERFECT PERSONALITY for that position! She made us feel like "we mattered "!!!! Looking forward to doing business with Atlantic Storage!!!!!

Sonia has been working with me for a couple months now. She upholds the most professionalism and shows nothing but empathy towards everyone she meets. She answers every question and always has a smile on her face I'm happy that she was the one to help me through the most difficult times of moving

I highly recommend this storage facility. Tracy took her time explaining the facility, the rates and the lease agreement. After my first year of rental I needed to transfer the lease agreement over to another party. It was some what of a difficult situation for the parties involved. However, Tracy resolved all the issues and satisfied everyone involved. Thank you Tracy!

Great experience! I needed a storage unit in a hurry and as busy as it was Crystal made sure to get me taken care of quickly and she was very nice. I highly recommend going to see her for any of your storage needs.
