These are the nicest people in the industry. Shay manages this property and she couldn't be better to deal with and does a great job managing the property. Since the previous review I have rented a second unit with Shay and I couldn't be happier, and other people who rent at Shays property are very cool... it's almost like friends and family.

The experience was more than satisfying! Shay, who was the storage facility agent that processed my rental guided me through all the steps clearly and professionally. Her knowledge of the entire complex was impressive, leaving no doubt I was in good hands. She didn't just talk the talk! She walked the talk! Literally!!
