Needed to purchase a new lock for my unit, got to the office at 540pm, waited until 550pm staring at the lady on the phone through the door. I left. The office is always unmanned when i arrive. Absolutely ridiculous. I would have closed the unit but its close to my house.
Staff was so nice and helpful. Building is amazingly clean. Best prices around. 24 hour access. 5 🌟 🤩 ⭐️. Highly recommend.
Donny was a great help, very friendly, very knowledgeable & patient. I love that the unit is climate controlled I was very worried about my furniture being in there & possibly getting ruined but I’m more at ease knowing it won’t get damaged due to any climate conditions. The location is a bit newer so it is more expensive than other locations, be sure to call around to the different locations & get quotes on the sizes you're looking for.
Donnie was so helpful in getting us the right unit for our needs! Facility is clean and secure as it’s inside and climate controlled. Bri is also very nice and helpful! Both are very knowledgeable
