I called into the Office with a billing issue. During the discussion with Lisa over the billing issue, I felt as though I was billed for the incorrect number unit . I came down to the store positive I was correct. I was not. Lisa and Joaquin helped me work through this issue with smiles and professionalism.
Joaquin was a great help. Took special care of my unit while deployed and made sure I was taken care of. Great business.

Very clean and easily accessible unit! Bonnie and Tom extremely friendly, courteous and professional. Upon vacating our unit mentioned that we moved to another Atlantic Self Storage unit closer to our home. Since we had a balance remaining since we vacated a bit early, Bonnie immediately mentioned she would transfer our remaining balance to the new unit. So add honesty to this management team. Highly recommend this business.
