This company provides storage units. They do a good job of communicating with their renters. Nancy at the Normandy location is an exceptional representative for this company and cares about the company and the people she rents too. Their rates seem high but it’s probably just the industry. They require you to have insurance which is probably a great idea and responsible for both parties.

Absolutely the BEST Manager. Crystal is friendly and helpful. She has never disappointed me whenever I have had questions. Her jovial and mirthful spirit is why we rent from this location. The property is kept clean and we feel extremely safe storing our things at this location. We truly appreciate Crystal. (We rent Unit 341)

Elevators have been down for over a month with absolutely no update as to when they will be back up. Management offers so kind of compensation or empathy for the situation and basically tell you figure it out. I absolutely love how I paid for a storage unit and not even 4 hrs after paying for it, having to figure out how to move my 3 bedroom house up a flight of stairs with a bunch of disabled veterans.
