I've been renting from this place for about 5 years. It used to be my favorite storage location because Janet & Paul were always so kind, honest, and personable. I really enjoyed the more familial atmosphere they created but I guess they've gotten greedy over the years. Continuously raising prices and adding fees with no explanation. Playing the victim when customers call to inquire about said fees. A true lack of accountability as business owners. I guess I misjudged their characters. Patty was very attentive and polite. She went the extra mile to make sure my family was getting exactly what they needed. The units a clean and there are an abundance of options to fit all needs. Definitely recommend.
We had to use Atlantic Self Storage on Gate Parkway in Jacksonville, Florida and the experience was awesome! Janet and Paul were super nice and made the process of renting a unit or two or, in our case, three. The premises were always well maintained and would highly recommend them and this location.
Atlantic Self Storage-Palms Gate is awesome!!! Super clean, and love the staff. I was moving all my things down from Virginia and Janet was an absolutely fantastic person to deal with!! I had to get a large truck in there and she helped us so much figuring out the best times. Every time I called she was super responsive and just the sweetest and knowledgable person to deal with.
