I’ve never had a better experience renting a unit than at this location! Grace was extremely helpful and kind and made the process SO! Easy and understandable. Any question I had she answered! Anyone looking for security and a safe place to store their items should absolutely stop by here and check it out!
Good prices and clean well kept units. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Ms. Grace made the renting process fast and easy, very pleased.
This place is GREAT! The units are affordable, the place is open 24 hours, the owner/ caretaker is super nice and the only reason i had to leave is because of military orders. I wish them well, and very much appreciate the service.
I'm disgusted by their business practices. A change in circumstances resulted in me never using this unit, or even entering it, 4 days after renting it, and upper management refuses to refund the money paid. Ridiculous practice. Now, I'll be filing an official complaint with the BBB.
