Four stars because front desk / management people like Yulliana M provide excellent customer service! After meeting the attendants at the Powers location I did not regret having to drive back to the University location where I preferred the unit. I was looking for climate controlled storage and I found a well lit and clean unit. The elevator is ample enough for the oversized trolleys. The trolleys are very helpful. Not! Great customer service. 6/22/25 at 3:52pm. If ignoring a customer after the customer rang your ring doorbell, you ognore it and try to skate out of the side door of the office is considered good customer service, then this company is in a world of hurt. Ms. Wendy kept walking after she saw me standing by the office door. If I didn't try to get her attention, she would've walked to her car and not say a word. I've been renting here for almost a decade! It's an affordable storage facility in a clean and friendly environment. Wendy helped me obtain the perfect-sized unit to store all of my belongings. She also assisted a friend of mine in securing a unit. While there are other brand new storage places available, they offer the same amenities at a much higher price and lack personalized service like Wendy's! I can access my items 24/7 without any issues to report after several years. Very happy with my storage unit!
