i never post, but this did leave room for concern. I have not been at Atlantic Self Storage very long. We made the decision to store our items with Atlantic Self Storage due to location, cleanliness and size of the units. I have always been very happy with the storage unit, and nothing has changed, but today left me with a lot of concern. Very neat, organized and clean units. Good prices and deals as well. Amanda was very helpful in finding the right unit for me as well as making sure that I was aware of everything that came with renting a unit with them. (: Everything was clear, concise, friendly staff.. very impressive location.
After weeks to be a customer. The staff is very disrespectful, the management is unresponsive about complains. I founded the staff checking on my personal belongings fakingthey are working around the space, the gate is unopperative for weeks. I decided to cancel and the management send me a non renewal letter.
Definitely got one of there bigger units not bad a high priced but all in all I put my whole house in it so really hot to much to say but I do lik they are indoors and look as if they take care of there lot for sure
Friendly crew. Excellent customer service. Understanding management. Nasty restrooms. Certain customers that use the restroom leaves &(#@ splash on the floor toilet seat and walls. Much, much more to report.......
