I put in a reservation online. Later that day I went in. The guy showed me the unit and was patient at the fact I had a small child with me. Once back at the office it took about 10 minutes and I was done. He was super nice and thorough! Picture of a 10*5

Everyone was so helpful and professional. From the first call to the end of my contract, they made sure I had all the information I needed. Someone was always available. The units are clean and well kept. This was my first experience with storage and I would 100% use them again if needed in the future.

Jay took care of me from start to finish. Great guy great attitude. Very timely. Looking forward to renting at this location with him on the staff.

After weeks to be a customer. The staff is very disrespectful, the management is unresponsive about complains. I founded the staff checking on my personal belongings fakingthey are working around the space, the gate is unopperative for weeks. I decided to cancel and the management send me a non renewal letter. Also this warehouse has that V 30 degree shape designed on the driveways, so when you park to unload on you space the car always be inclined to the center of the driveway make it too hard to load and unload cars, truck... read more

i never post, but this did leave room for concern. I have not been at Atlantic Self Storage very long. We made the decision to store our items with Atlantic Self Storage due to location, cleanliness and size of the units. I have always been very happy with the storage unit, and nothing has changed, but today left me with a lot of concern.
