I have used 4 Atlantic Self Storage facilities in the Jacksonville, Florida area. This facility is by far the BEST! The facility is always clean and well lit. Always has carts available. I was able to get a small unit on the first floor that was easy for me to get to. But the BEST part is the staff! Always helpful & friendly & accessible. Truly they are experts at providing quality service! They are the reason for me using this facility. They are: Tamra, Carolyn & Terrence.
Came in to pay my six month storage fee. Had a few questions/concerns. Tamara was able to provide all the answers I needed. She was extremely professional, courteous, and pleasant.
Great affordable spot to park. Tamra, Kayle and Shari delivered exceptional customer service. They were very accommodating, courteous and extremely professional which made the entire process so easy!
Tamra and Terrence go the extra mile in supporting the clients that lease from this location at Shad#2. It’s always been the management staff that have made this location so attractive for my storage needs.
On 7/13/24, I received an email that my parking space rental was increasing from $99/mo to $119/mo. 20% increase...but oh well. Then last month, on 5/12/25 I received an email saying my rent (for the exact same space) was increasing from $119/mo to $199/mo. I do not recommend this using the Shad 2 location of Atlantic Self Storage.
