He was so good helpful. John is a true professional friendly and experienced technician . I have had other pest control technicians and some could not explain the process. like John explained it to my tenant and I . This was a duplex. One tenant was concerned about his dog being harmed by the control agents used. John gave him and I an explanation of how the treatment works which put the tenant at ease. Give John a raise or a bonus. You don’t want to lose him.
