I had a serious paper wasp nest issue and Don showed up promptly, was incredibly professional, and handled the situation quickly and safely. He explained everything clearly, took the time to make sure the nest was completely cleared, and even checked for any others nearby. Jacob came and did a parameter sweep on the outside of my house because I was having issues with wasps coming into the house in the afternoon where my daughter plays in the living room area. He did an AMAZING JOB!!! He found several nests around the house and even in areas that were hidden that I would have never thought to look. This is Jamal from Brooks Pest Solutions. He was our technician today. He can write a book on professionalism. He was also very knowledgeable and excellent at explaining as he sprayed. He didn’t drag his feet and take his time like so many others we have had come and spray our home. Jamal hustled and got the job done and was respectful of our furniture. I asked questions and he kindly and politely answered all thoroughly. Please, send Jamal to my home next time and give this guy a raise!!
