Cheapest outdoor 10x5 unit I could find around the Laurel area. I had the unit for 4 months and I appreciate Richard’s help from the time I rented the unit through closing the unit. The staff is very nice; always smiling and helpful. I decided to get a secondary unit for my household things because of the great staff. The website portal is convenient to use and makes it easy to prepay my unit every 6 months.

I've been with Freestate a few years after they opened, it's at least 15 years. They have been excellent, great customer service and a clean property. Every manager has been a pleasure to work with. The longest and one of the best was Donna. Now Richard is the manager, he continues their streak of having great managers. I hope Richard is on board for a while too. I lived closer, but moved and there are facilities closer to my house, but I rather stay with them.

Rob Nicholas and Richard were the best in helping me get my storage spot. All 3 were courteous, pleasant available and very helpful. Great job guys.
