After a long day of frustration with the company, Natalie at Gude Dr location was very helpful with showing and setting up an actual unit. Don’t bother calling to setup your reservation, just go in store and you will be satisfied. Thanks again Natalie and so far so good.

Management said they were gonna fix this, but it’s been over a month. Back areas of units are piled with random junk and the area is used by patrons as a dumping ground. Way too many trailers and large contractor trucks parked in areas too close to storage units, making it difficult to bring The lot needs to be more discerning of parked vehicles and keep them separate from the storage units.

Rented this unit on Sunday Returned on Monday found someone elses lock on it Was told it would be taken care of the next day- Tuesday Returned Tuesday- still locked- I cut the lock and found someone elses stuff In my unit. The guy shows up and insisted that it is his even though the manager told him it was not and that his was # 2644. I decided to leave my number with the manager and asked for a call when it was handled. Returned today (Wed) after hearing nothing and this time found 3 locks on my unit. Gude Self Storage had the customers convenience in mind before they got bought by self storage plus because The rent is being increased quarterly after the first year even though this isn't a climate controlled space and the rental units are only in moderate shape at best. Oh well... Time to go back to Extra Space Storage where you pay $180 for a 10x10 Climate controlled space.
