This is an excellent place to store our motorhome. I cannot believe how affordable it is including the fact that there is 30 amp power included with the monthly fee.
We have been HoneyBee Storage for a few years now and I have to say the manager Chad has been great. he's polite, quick to respond he's always made sure things are in good order at this location. This location has a RV dump station,a place to wash your RV or boat, air compressor for tires and Ice for your coolers.amazing ! Great value! this is our second time coming to Honeybee Storage. the manager went out of his way to accommodate our weekend arrival. staff is professional, helpful and courteous. facilities are clean with amenities such as dump station and wash station. plenty of room to accommodate our 45 foot coach. and great location!
I have stored my Motorcoach at this location from the first day it opened (previously Cuzins RV Storage). The current manager, Chad, and new owners (Honey Bee) have done an extremely impressive job in filling the storage facility by offering friendly and personable service, awesome facilities including covered storage, 30 amp electric, air for tires, wash stations, ice machine, trash disposal, and dump station. Facility is itself is great. Very clean and maintained. They include commercial ice machine, air stations for tires and washing stations to clean RV's and boats. I would give 5 stars if it wasn't for the monthly rates. This place is pricey for storage, I recommend shopping around first to weigh options.
They have not canceled our monthly contract despite being notified by voicemail, text, and the email address on the contract. They continue to run my credit card, which now needs to be disputed to get our money back. When I finally got someone from the office to call me back, Sylvia decided to lecture me about having an attitude problem rather than taking care of the billing issue.
