My current commercial lot is closing down and I needed to find a place for my roll off trailers. On a whim I stopped by and spoke with Katy and the next thing I knew I was signing a lease for an eighty foot pull through unit. Constant rate hikes for zero improvements—finally moved out. I was a loyal customer at Honey Bee RV Storage for several years, but I have finally reached my breaking point and moved my rig elsewhere. When I first started here, the rates were fair, but lately, they have been hiking prices with frustrating frequency. This was a great facility till honey bee purchased. 11/22/25 we have all three of our units broken into. I called the cops and facility. Multiple units have been broken into and looks like someone is living in them. Well it’s now Tuesday 11/25/25 and no response from the facility about it. Just upsetting they can raise rates and such but zero response to our stuff being broken into and nothing. I’ll update if they contact but it’s been two business days and nothing. Management is great! Katy will go above and beyond for her tenants. You can't beat their rates! I stored here for a year and a half and not once did I worry about theft or vandalism. Definitely like the new operations company better they are really great and accommodating.
