I really appreciate Ms.K she is a very special lady and really enjoyed working with her. I give her a 100 percent in her role as a manager and her customer service support with everyone she comes in counter with. I been there since last year with the other owners. But since she been there she really has the back lot looking good.Job Well Done Ms. K
I went in today to drop something off for a buddie of mine. Sarah was friendly, and willing to help. She answered all my questions, and also helped me decide if I wanted to use this storage place for my own belongings. I will be back to pick something out for my own stuff after my encounter with her.
I would just like to say that Ms Sarah and Ms Gabriella were so helpful and courteous when I went in to check in my units. They're under new ownership and you know how things can be after new owners take over a business. The name has changed but the customer service and the care to make things priority is second to none. If you need a safe place that makes sure you're good, come here. And they cut off entry at 10 pm.

I came in to look for a good deal for my step mother since she's having to start a new chapter in her life. Not only was Gabriella helpful she was so kind and informative. She was able to help put my step mother at ease and got us a great deal. I recommend everyone come here just purely on the level of customer service we experienced today.
