The process of renting a unit was as easy and simple as it could get, all online, no hassle or pressure. It even has the lock on the door. Perfect!

The entrance gate is broken and ran over and sitting to the side, so no security there. The lock was barely operable so it and the door needed WD Forty So I could open it. Was very surprised at the lousy maintenance compared to Your other facility that I rent.

Horrible business. Will raise your rates when they feel like it. Absolutely no reminder of upcoming payment. Also will not notify you if your payment was declined, because maybe you had to get a new debit card. Instead they will wait until it's time to add on a late fee, then will tell you that your payment was missed. Absolutely do not recommend. There are much better units out there for a cheaper price.

I visit this facility to get some of my coats out preparing for the winter. I wasn’t able to get what I come for, because there seem to be strangers riding on bikes which made me and my family very uncomfortable. We decided to leave. The gate is open quite often. I thought this was a private facility. Hopefully this can get resolved so that I can be comfortable.

Horrible all the way around there is never anyone on site they have increased my rent 5 times even after signing a lease. My rent went from 108.00 to 291.78 in just four months this play is a rip off and I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy!!!!
