Edit: they finally took care of my issues but they do make it difficult to cancel your unit. It would get 4 stars but they keep raising the prices significantly. 2 price raises in less than 2 years.

Never a live person in property, and hard to get anyone live to help you. Not sure if there is any security.
I wish I had of picked a storage company where I can easily contact the managers. I have a unit and have been trying for weeks to get in contact with someone to help me, yet nothing. I have not received any call backs. This is very unprofessional and ridiculous. I will be moving my things to another satisfying company!
Rented a unit, couldn't access it due to an existing lock. Called an automated customer assistance number multiple times only to be put on hold with no one to actually talk to. Good thing the 1st month is free, plus a $15 charge. Also, I've been to this facility twice and didn't need a gate code because the gate was open each time. Not very secure, I can see how campers and vehicles can be easily stolen from this location.
