There is one star only because that is the lowest offered. If you can help it, DO NOT RENT here. We were late on our payments, (when things happen, storage does not take priority). We paid it. But when we arrived to the storage at 10am there was a sign in the door saying they will return at 1pm 😳. Excuse me? When the office hours are at 9am. We made a 2 hour drive to get here. Santiago was amazing in helping me out, from the minute I walked in he was very friendly and immediately showed me the unit I was looking for. Very friendly and great customer service from both Santiago and Margo(Manager). Best Customer Service ever and storage place to store your unwanted items from home.
I had a fantastic experience at My place self storage , thanks to the wonderful assistance provided by Jessica and Crystal. They were incredibly helpful in finding the perfect storage unit to suit my needs. The facility itself is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which is always a huge plus. I never have to drop bad reviews but BEWARE** if the possibility of zero stars were an option that would be selected. I’ve been with this location since 2021. And I must say that since it changed from life storage that facility has gone completely downhill. I’ve never had an issue with any other storage facilities and I have units in a couple of states. I would pay my storage prior to the due date, but because they are constantly changing management, systems or whatever issues they had and they screwed up and when asked for ... read more
