New manager, Jonathon, could not be more helpful! This place has done a 180 since he took over. No longer filled with homeless people or trash. The area was spotless! Highly recommend doing business with.

We have not been able to access our unit for over a month, because the main door is broken. Every time we call, they tell us a work order is being put in but nothing has been fixed yet. I have been told multiple times that a manager will call me back, but that has not happened.
Under new management. But worse. This is an absolute joke. I had stuff stored in j32a few weeks ago I came to unit, there's a new but olde lock on there. 2 weeks I call trying to get answers. Very very long hold times, each time the person promise a call back by a certain date. Never do they call back. Finally I find someone working there on property to help me.
