Destiny made getting a storage unit way easier than I expected. Super friendly, quick, and actually helpful (rare these days 😂). She walked me through everything, answered all my questions, and had me set up in no time. If you need a unit, ask for Destiny — she’ll take care of you!
I’m very grateful for the help I received. Yesenia was patient, knowledgeable, and really took the time to help me find the right storage for my needs. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate the support and highly recommend her!
This place is awful. Do not do business here and I am going to let you people know if I don’t see my deposit back by Monday morning. I am filing a small claims suit. I am not the kind of person that just goes away so I suggest you fix the problem or plan on dealing with me for a very long time. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! I bought a unit from this facility, and it has turned into a nightmare experience. First of all the unit was full of bedbugs. It is illegal to rent a house with a bedbug problem. It should be illegal to auction off storages with a bedbug problem. But to make matters even worse, I gave them $100 deposit over the phone with a debit card.
