Yesenia with Otter Self Storage was super helpful and polite and concerned and cordial to me today. I'm a long time customer, and she made me feel so comfortable and at ease about my sudden worries. She quickly resolved my concern and all is taken care of. She even thankfully called me back when the phone line disconnected. Yesenia is a true asset for Otter Storage. Please keep and commend her. She would be an excellent trainer too for your phone representatives on how to treat customers and resolve issues.

Ms Melissa was a blessing in disguise and didnt even know she was just that for me! She was thorough, kind, compassionate, and very empathetic and understanding to the reason for my call and wish I could give her ten stars for being a pleasure to speak with regarding my matter.

DO NOT. I had an insured unit at their Parkway location for 2 years. Went to check on it Sunday (5/31/26) to discovered it had been burglarized, although the lock was still present. When calling the company to get guidance on how to proceed with filing a claim and the process to do so, the office was closed. Now knowing my things are unsafe I removed all items, submitted a contact form online detailing my situation, and filled out the move out form to avoid further billing of a unit I cannot use. If I could give a ZERO I would. I wouldn’t recommend this storage to NOBODY! My unit was broken into and the supervisor claim I was lying about my door being broke. I had been going back and forth with these people since November 2022! I have things missing , my things were trashed. Then they still wanted me to pay to remove MY BELONGINGS. I couldn’t even take my stuff cause it was trashed .
