I spoke with Yesenia today and she is absolutely wonderful to work with! She took time to explain everything I needed to know about my storage unit. She was very pleasant, knowledgeable and made me feel assured that I have chosen the best place to store my belongings. Some people just make your day better just by being who they are. She is a credit to excellent customer service!!!
Joshua was amazing. He made the process of getting a unit super easy. He got it done super fast. I was a little caught off guard by the phone call that I received. I almost didn't answer it. I'm so glad I did. It was a really good experience he did an amazing job he was really nice and friendly. I definitely would recommend auto storage to anyone that I know.
Yesenia provided me a excellent service. She was very polite, helpful, kind, and courteous. Manage her customer service with professionalism and make you feel very comfortable.

Do not put your stuff here. There is no staff. Nobody is watching the units. Numerous are broken into currently, the gate is cut open, and one side isn't even fenced, you can hop right on in. Yet despite all this, they are currently building more units, in an already pretty tight place, because that's their priority. Absolutely awful, I didn't even use the unit, left and canceled.
