Otter Storage has been very easy to work with. This is my second time utilizing their services and the customer service is excellent. Yesenia was the agent who helped me today and she was most helpful.
Do not put your stuff here. There is no staff. Nobody is watching the units. Numerous are broken into currently, the gate is cut open, and one side isn't even fenced, you can hop right on in. Yet despite all this, they are currently building more units, in an already pretty tight place, because that's their priority. Absolutely awful, I didn't even use the unit, left and canceled. Hi I just wanted to thank otter storage for working with me being that this is the first time that I’ve had a storage unit with y’all but I would recommend anyone and everyone from renting with them; they are great and very understanding all the way around!! And your team member Joshua was very helpful as well and great thank you as well!!
Joshua was extremely helpful in providing me with all the information I needed about the storage. He took the time to walk me through everything step by step, and honestly I probably couldn’t have figured it all out without his guidance. Really appreciated his patience and support!
The phone reps are amazing! Yesenia has helped me more than once. Initially when I was moving from Canada and didnt have a US bank account set up yet and my employer had to delay my apartment for a week while unexpectedly putting me up in a Hotel, I needed a unit that night to unload my packed car. She walked me thru exactly what type of prepaid card I could buy to pay for electronic payments as most prepaid giftcards dont allow for that, even told me that the cvs that sells them was a 1.5 minute drive from the facility and... read more
