Rats, rats, and more rat poop! Building E unit 340. Three years ago I stored my mom's keepsakes. Pryor, I was a Shannon Storage customer. Well, a couple months ago, I noticed rat pellets. I called OTTER who acted appropriately and sent a person with rat poison packets. Went back months later, and poison packets were gone, but rat poop and the smell of pee was all over my stuff.
