I put my personal items in the storage and it was the most horrible experience i've ever had in my life! To begin with, the rats had taken over the units and then the burgularies started, I was broken into twice and I have to be the one to call the insurance and the cops! The cameras are all fake and they just decided to put up new fencing after I moved out! Dont ever put your personal items in this place because it sucks!

The main office rented me a space over the phone, gave me a unit #, had me electronically sign a lease and I was all set. I went the same evening and put stuff (in the storage unit I was given) which were items that were in the house belonging to my parents, who had recently passed. The next time I went my lock was gone as were most of the items. A man on the premises said he was told it wasn't rented and to clear it out.
