Joshua was great! Quick, knowledgeable and very professional. 5 Stars everytime. Thanks Joshua!
I called in reference to an issue gaining access to my storage unit twice and twice Ma. Silva answered the phone and assisted me. She assured me this issue will be taken care of asap and she kept me on the line providing me updates. Silva was able to resolve my issue professionally with a great attitude. She definitely deserves a kudos from me and from her company representing them proudly! Please keep up the great work Ms. Silva! Chief
Easy to reserve and finalize getting setup with them. Easily did it all over the phone, and texting. Melissa, Destiny, Josh & Pedro are all fantastic. Very knowledgeable, professional, patient and helpful. Their rates are the lowest in the area and the facility is well maintained. We have rented storage units for 20 years at numerous storage companies. We found Otter to be the best!!
