This is the second time we have needed a storage unit for awhile, and service has been great ! Pedro was my assistant today for my move out - and he was very polite and nice. Units have been clean and the contactless directions are very easy for gate code and unit. I highly recommend OTTER. Thank you Pedro for your service today !

Joshua was very helpful, informative and patient with my questions and concerns when I recently had an issue with my account/bill. We have been with Otter for years and have had several units. Any time there has been an issue they have worked with us to fix and make things right. They are a company I would highly recommend.
