Would like to give a Big Thanks to JOSHUA..( otter storage Garden city Ga..)…Along with his patience and kind voice , he was very knowledgeable of my questions about rates, & unit size, in such a professional and friendly manner.I had some concerns, wasn’t even sure if I’d remain a customer, but Josh was so laid back, and a great listener, that I decided to stay …Thank you Joshua for making me feel like a valued customer after all these years ..!!!. I worked with Melissa to get my unit closed (I no longer needed it) and this was a very pleasant customer service experience. She was cool, calm, collected and didn’t even skip a beat when I explained my situation to her. 10/10 would recommend Melissa.

We have not been getting access to storage for the past month bcuz the gate is jacked up. I have been by and have been unsuccessful with entry. Today was my 1st time calling them to put in a work order and I didn't the 1st couple times bcuz it's alot of ppl who have units there. Someone was inside and me and 2 other cars are putting in our codes and the gate wouldn't budge. The guy on the other side of the gate came out and shook the gate and it finally opened up and now it's stuck in the open position. I have be riding ar... read more
