I had an outstanding experience at Otter Self Storage thanks to Yesenia! From the moment I called in, she was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to understand exactly what I needed and made the entire process of getting a storage unit smooth and stress-free. Yesenia went above and beyond to answer all my questions, explain my options clearly, and make sure I got the right unit at a great value. Her customer service is top-tier—patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. If you’re looking for ... read more
I was having some trouble setting up my storage unit and reached out to Otter Storage customer service for help. I had the pleasure of speaking with Destiny, who was incredibly friendly and made the entire process smooth and easy. Overall, a great experience!

Her comforting demeanor and supportive words made this decision not just a transaction, but a meaningful interaction with s... read more
