Yesenia was super professional and patient. She answered every question and concern. Her customer service was the absolute difference in my choosing to rent with Otter vs another company. Great place to put you storage....it's also safe. Customer is excellent and quick. Joshua was my agent today and he did an excellent job a helping me and getting things done in a quick professional way. I really thank God for him he's an amazing person and he gave me a chance.
