With the rising costs of my current RV storage, I was happy to find Otter Storage providing lot space at a very reasonable price. While filling out the online form, Joshua called and texted me to help me to quickly get through reserving and renting the storage space. I had an excellent experience working with Melissa at Otter Storage today. From the moment our call began, she was professional, clear, and incredibly helpful. She made the entire reservation process simple and stress-free, and went above and beyond by offering to waive the admin fee and applying a first-month promotion. Her service was exceptional, and her professionalism truly stood out. I appreciate her making everything so easy—highly recommend!
What can I say about this place?! The answer is nothing but excellent things! Sylvia and customer service is absolutely amazing! Their rates are fantastic and their locations are super clean! I wish more companies were as reasonably priced and high quality as they are. The only thing I would recommend is to open up the hours of access a bit. l understand maybe not being 24 hours, but 9pm is just a smidge early to close ESPECIALLY for single working parents. My grandmother has had her storage here since 2005, and in the past 3 years they've raised prices almost 300% they don't contact when there is a price hike and it's not been updated in a way that benefits customers in almost 20 years. EDIT yeah, check out all the comments below regarding how they handle complaints. Not the only one who has had a bad experience and still no resolution in sight.
