This storage place is higher value than they look. Units are well kept, location is secure, and management/customer service is attentive and values their customers. I was helped by Yesenia today with working through a concern with my bill. She was not only prompt in addressing the concern, but found a resolution that helps me tremendously. Thank you!
Great customer service from Destiny! The sign-up process was quick and easy, and I was able to do everything over the phone. They also have a great special going on right now. Highly recommend!
Melissa was awesome in getting us set up for our storage unit! First time and very informative if I needed regular or climate control. You do have to pay extra for insurance on top of unit price
I love Otter Storage. They help you with every step of the process. They are very patient when you need time to get information. You don’t have on hand answer all your questions and a very pleasant to speak with. I have never had any problems during all of my rental time with them And it’s been almost 7 years. Working with them they are a great team
Buyer beware. This facility will not assist with providing any information regarding thefts. My father has been a loyal customer for years, even before they were otter self storage. They will not allow us to review video footage or indicate if the thief was also a customer or employee! They are essentially protecting thieves!
