My trailer was stolen from one of their parking spots , security camera team hasn’t done nothing to help with this issue , and a lot of tenants have dealt with this same issue . On the storage units and parking spots . I recommend if you have valuables in their units or parking spots , to move out asap , they may be more affordable than other storages , but this facility is not safe and they will not help you out when something happens .
I am a current renter at otter in R3, The gentleman i do belive his name is Fransico ,that lives on site the maintenance guy/ grounds keeper..... he is wonderful.. very helpful kind and very polite. Answers every question i have asked and if he wasnt sure about the answer he would answer to the best of his knowledge. Otter Self Storage has been amazing! Joshua and Destiny both helped me make sure my belongings were extra secure today. They were both very kind and compassionate to my situation. And I am very grateful!!
This location is under new management and I’m really happy about it! They are extremely friendly and make the move process really easy! They responded very quickly to my emails and messages and provided me with all the information I needed to set myself up in renting one of these units! It is very clean and I feel confident placing my belongings in the storage unit! In my opinion, the pricing is unbeatable and the facility is conveniently located so it’s easy to access. Would definitely recommend this facility!!
Had a few problems hooking up my pop-up trailer the other day. Francisco noticed that we were struggling and offered to help us and was a fantastic help got our trailer helped us hitch our trailer up got us going and helped us put our new plates on. He was a great help!!
