Joshua was very helpful. I had multiple questions, and he got the answer to all of them very quickly. He even helped me with a couple issue I had on my previous transaction. I would HIGHLY recommend this storage facility. They are very attentive & responsive to any issue. (And ask for Joshua 😊)

Warning do not stores your items at this company. No customer service. They charge a lot of money for a small unit. Everyone's store she needs break it into twice a day. . No one in the office it's locked up. No security guard. Fake security cameras no lights at night

DONT RENT HERE!!! So many break ins and customer service nor the owners do anything about it. They're resolution was just to lock and close off the entrances entirely woth chains and that only hurt the actual storage renters from entering. 1 week later and the chains were cut by theives and everyone's belongings were rensacked!! The pics I took were about 5 out of 25 to 30 damaged storages. If you have belongings here remove them immediately!!

DON'T RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! FACILITY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN! Its horrific how many units were burglarized here. I suggest whoever has their belongings here need to clear out IMMEDIATELY! We were recently broken into everything was turn upside and alot of personal belongings were stolen. It's so sickening whoever is doing this they have no respect for others. Its has to be an inside job. I hope the police find the people involved and justice is served!

Reached out and was able to get customer service agent Joshua. Guy was a great help. Helped me reset my password and fix my account. I had been locked out and ended up with a late fee. Joshua was able to help me get the late fee waived. Thanks again Joshua.
