I spoke to Achilles today and he was so very helpful. I was a little confused on how to book my reservation online. He was understanding and made sure I was able to get my storage unit booked today. It really made my day a lot less stressful. Thank you so much Achilles, you are awesome!!

I will definitely recommend Otter Self Storage to my family and friends. The rates and specials are the best I’ve found! The customer service I received when I rented my unit from Yesenia was amazing! Then,I had just barely moved into my unit and didn’t realize I had dropped my keys to my lock right outside of my unit! Luckily BJ found them and called me! He is so nice and helpful! I could’ve lost all my stuff if someone else would’ve found them! So thankful he was on duty and watching out! Thanks again!

I've been with them for years but not out of choice. I went from paying $60 something a month, to now paying $112 a month. I'm a senior citizen and have a small apartment, most of the items in there belong to my son who passed away in 2019 and I just can't seem to give them away especially his clothes. I have my own personal items because when I had a house I had Christmas decorations and Halloween decorations and all kinds of pictures but no room for any of that here where I'm at.

Warning do not stores your items at this company. No customer service. They charge a lot of money for a small unit. Everyone's store she needs break it into twice a day. . No one in the office it's locked up. No security guard. Fake security cameras no lights at night

I have had my items with this company for over two years due to the great customer I get from staff like Melissa and have recommended them to family and friends!
