Well maintained, well lit. The employees are friendly and patient. I like that its a secured facility with cameras, gates and proper locks. And reasonable prices storage.
AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Decided to move out of the previous storage facility after rent shot up from a $49.00 move in special, to 69.00, then to 99.00...in ONLY 6 months!!! Learned that beginning on month 8, rent will be $174.00/month. SO, I CALLED OTTER STORAGE 2 WEEKS AGO, AND JUST MOVED EVERYTHING OVER LAST NIGHT! I've tried to work with their customer service multiple times and they just put you on extreme waits. When they can't answer a question because of their lack of knowledge and education in how to do their job and perform it they just hang up when you call back they refuse to get a manager especially this representative named Melisa who even in her communication shows she's very unprofessional, uneducated in her job and how to perform it and can't even do basic customer service.
