I've tried to work with their customer service multiple times and they just put you on extreme waits. When they can't answer a question because of their lack of knowledge and education in how to do their job and perform it they just hang up when you call back they refuse to get a manager especially this representative named Melisa who even in her communication shows she's very unprofessional, uneducated in her job and how to perform it and can't even do basic customer service. Well maintained, well lit. The employees are friendly and patient. I like that its a secured facility with cameras, gates and proper locks. And reasonable prices storage.

The representative was amazing. Her name was Silvia. She helped me navigate through all my issues. She was very friendly, kind and understanding about my situation. She helped in any way she could possibly. The facility itself is helping me in a timely matter and resolving my issue professionally. 10/10

Pedro was awesome. He assisted me with what I needed and then some he deserves a raise. He gave the best customer service I've had in a long time and I really appreciate it.! He was extremely efficient and extremely helpful. Thank you so much for the wonderful service you gave.
