I can barely open my storage door because it sticks every time!! It requires a long handle screw driver or long tool to put into the lock bracket and pull with all of your body weight to open it!!!

Let me start by saying, this is the WORST storage i've ever used. HORRIBLE customer service, Even corporate. Horrible communication skills as well as service, if a lock provided by this facility is placed on your storage you will not get a key and you will have to wait for THEM to open your storage just for you to be able to get YOUR items out of the storage 0/0 I definitely do not recommend. Everything about this storage facility is TRASH. Needs ti be shut down or ran by other people. Do not use this bs.
