Love this storage place! Very easy and quick when it came to getting the unit that I needed! Donald is a wonderful employee who made sure I had everything I needed to get my unit squared away and was a wonderful help. Absolutely great business. If you’re looking for a place to store your items and unsure where to go? This is the place for you!
Been here since February and was told it was climate controlled. Went today and everything is covered in roaches, rat poop, mold, leakage and mildew and rats are my son’s stuffed animals . Filed a claim and just putting it out there, someone else posted the same pic of the wall10 months ago, so they haven’t even took care of it! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM, Will be moving this stuff out as soon as claims dept says it’s safe.
Joshua at Otter Self Storage was as friendly and helpful as he could be! Assured me of the details I was concerned about and got me moved in very quickly and easily. Otter was the least expensive in the greater Charlotte NC area with climate control and easy access. Thanks Joshua!
This place is awesome!!! Customer service is always great. I got my new apt and otter was very good about helping me through the move out process. Don't go to the other storage places, use OTTER.
Destiny was absolutely amazing! I called with a simple question, she answered with great detail, and even helped me sign up for a unit! She even waived the admin fee! This was so amazing! I will be here for a while!
