I am very pleased with my experience with Shumacher products. I filed a warranty claim for my charger , I didn't even have a receipt but I still got a new charger free of charge , without having to send the old one back , THAT is what I call good customer service.

Buyer beware !!!!!Stay away from this company their products are garbage ive been buying their Products for many years and obviously this company is gone down the tubes…. Spent $200 on the charger/jump box Failed in under a year…. customer service is unprofessional will never buy from this company again!!! find a better Competing company. Schumacher electric is trash

**EDIT 3-28-25** I received the replacement (same model) and will try it out tomorrow. Schumacher has made good on their warranty. If the Jump Box does work better I will change the star rating to 5... if not I will leave it at 4 stars. **EDIT 3-21-25** after several emails back and forth from 4 different people and some conflicting information, I called today and finally was able to get things straight. The product stop working very fast. The service is not good at all and they can't even repair the broken unit. i will never buy again 0 star

Purchased one 2 years ago and first year it would barely charge kids quad battery and the next year it wouldn’t work at all
