I am very pleased with my experience with Shumacher products. I filed a warranty claim for my charger , I didn't even have a receipt but I still got a new charger free of charge , without having to send the old one back , THAT is what I call good customer service.

**EDIT 3-28-25** I received the replacement (same model) and will try it out tomorrow. Schumacher has made good on their warranty. If the Jump Box does work better I will change the star rating to 5... if not I will leave it at 4 stars. **EDIT 3-21-25** after several emails back and forth from 4 different people and some conflicting information, I called today and finally was able to get things straight. Three of the three products I have purchased from them in the last 2 years have failed on their 2nd or 3rd use. I have products they manufactured 20, 30 40 years ago still working and in use. Without swearing what else can one say. Unlike Arnold I will not be back. BTW they don't Honor their warranty.

Purchased one 2 years ago and first year it would barely charge kids quad battery and the next year it wouldn’t work at all
