My first time experience here went very well . I visited this storage to help a family member move and Theresa was working so hard! She answered all the questions i threw at her & trust me i asked a lot lol . She was so polite and helpful even with her hands full offered the best customer service. She deserves a raise! So I’m going to need corporate to pay this woman ASAP !

Wish I could of give them 0 stars my unit had a serious infestation of mouse droppings had a 5 bedroom house that was almost totally ruined here are some photos of how bad it was don't recommend to anyone

Victor did an outstanding job helping my wife and I find a new storage unit. Hands down better service than Devon self storage, very happy with the new company that bought them out. Keep up the good work Seabrook storage!

I recently moved here from another facility and I'm so grateful I did. The manager, Theresa, went above and beyond to make sure I had a smooth move-in, and continues to show me that I made a great choice storing my belongings here. She even saved me money (and stress) by showing me a different size unit in a better location. I hate the price increases, but at least here I know that management will be helpful and respectful. Feels more worth it than at other stores.
