Wonderful as usual! I like how the whole facility is gated and you need a passcode to get inside. The rates are much cheaper than other storage facilities too. I've unfortunately been forced to pay double the amount I pay with Self Storage Plus at another storage facility that is not gated at all, it's got both mice and spiders, and the same exact size bin. Super easy to get a unit and they were nice enough to supply a lock in unit for additional cost my 2nd time using them and this location is great
Not only was the process very easy, but the customer service and attentiveness was great. Prices are very fair and the cleanliness and appearance of the office as well as the buildings the units are in are kept very clean. This is my third time renting a storage with this company and it’s because of these things I will continue to do so.
I had a really great experience from start to finish. From the first initial phone call I made, to following up, and the smooth transition signing up in the office. Robin is quick, attentive and very welcoming. I had the help of Eric showing me the two different units I was deciding between. All around a 5 star experience! 😃
