I reserved a unit online and I asked to see some in person that way I knew I had the correct size. They were more than happy to go outside in the cold weather to help me choose on which side I needed to fit my stuff. The front office was very helpful, kind, and respectful.

My husband has been trying to pay for our 2nd month of storage for a week no. No one mans the sales office. Calling the man office just gets you to someone who cant help and but they transfer you to a voice mail that doesnt return your call. The number on the website to contact this location does not work. Paying your bill on the website does not work. We don't have the money or time to move all of the things the weekend before christmas. Just let people pay you.

I only just rented a unit a couple weeks ago but seems like a nice place so far. They provided me with the locks & I have a drive up unit.

My experience here has been exponentially appreciated, unexpected, and in the best of ways. We all know that hardships hit and sometimes payments can’t be made on time all the time, unfortunately. With that, I have found that Valley Storage is extremely understanding and well to work with, especially in that regard, but not limited to it. Valley Storage Williamsport was great to work with. They helped me so much when I was needing a place right away. The units are easy to find and were nice and clean.
