Learn from my mistake - NEVER RENT A STORAGE LOCKER FROM THIS COMPANY - NEVER!!! The only thing that you will get are huge rate increases, ZERO customer service and, as an added bonus, rodents! I had the misfortune to rent a 7x10 unit from this location in Sept. 2024. It was $144 + insurance + tax. This was high for this unit but it was close by. The facitlity seemed nice and secure. I am not one to EVER write a review for somewhere, but NEVER give these people your money. Do not fall for the advertised prices on their website. You'll pay that rate for maybe a few months before they double it, then when it's time to renew after a year, the rate will end up being triple the rate you signed up for. All while their website still advertises that original rate. If you currently have a unit, DO NOT TRUST THE PORTAL FOR MOVE-OUT. I would love to shout out the young man Cornelius! He was very nice and answered all the questions I have, he’s funny as well! I’ve never really liked storage but I had to this time and Cornelius made my first time the BEST time! Kudos to him truly❤️
This company. will use every tool in the book to charge u a fee. They have zero customer service No one is usually at the office Monday thru Friday During business hours . Sent me a lien on my unit at midnight on Sunday . I called the representative said I was 90 days past due - not true . I wasn’t even 60 days past due I was been charged in advance for the coming month , they refuse to waived any feee . My rate went up about 6 times From when I first rented ,avoid this company It’s not worth the headache
DO NOT BE FOOLED!!! They run some great promotions and get you to move in all your stuff and then 4 months later they double your rent with no notice. They claim to have mailed you something and blame the postal service for not delivering it, like that absolves them of anything. Then they just quit responding to calls and emails or tell you to talk to corporate, who tells you to talk to the location. They are nothing but con artists.
