They have increased my rent 2 times without a real reason. They told me its to maintain the facility, BUT The gate is broken constantly. ITS BROKEN NOW 1/7/26 And open 24/7 at ALL times. I sell on fb/ebay and use a storage unit here to hold my items and meet people. They don't like that apparently. So if thats something you do dont come here. November 2025 we had our camper parked in the secured gated lot. We went back to load it up for a trip about 2 weeks later, and the gate was still broken and in the up position 24/7, so anyone could get in there. Our camper was stolen off the lot and driven out of the broken gate. I hope others were not stolen as well. Don't store here, they don't infirm you when the gate is broken and your secure lot is no longer secure. Could of had the gate fixed the day it was broken, instead they were negligent. The location was great, customer service was excellent. I was showed the storage unit that was close and in my budget. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a great storage facility.
I love the deal they have for this storage place. Very convenient. I got the first month free deal and Edwin been very helpful showing me where to go to get to my storage unit and the hours. It’s cheaper than most storages place I’ve been in. And you can just book your storage online and it’s easy to do.
