This place is great!! Prices are very reasonable, everything is very clean/organized, and there are so many options! Celia was so kind, considerate, and informative, and showed me the ins and outs of the unit. You can see that she truly cares about her customers and loves her job! I am so glad that I came here and would definitely recommend this place to everyone!
I am happy to say that I am now a tenant at Self Storage Plus in Bel Air. The manager Celia is the reason I didnt look anywhere else. I was a tenant for several years at a previous venue that managed by Celia. That venue changed owners and Celia left. Shortly after, I left that venue as well. The professionalism, courtesy, and customer service was was no longer there. I signed a lease at another storage facility and it hasn't been the same. This place is awesome. The customer service is top notch. Celia was so helpful in getting us want we needed. The space was affordable and clean. I would definitely recommend this facility to others.
Phoenix at Self plus storage is great she is truly helpful and although the customer service here is great , I have however noticed that there prices change too frequently opposed to other storage companies. This can be an inconvenience for customers and a pain if your considering staying, I myself am debating on whether I should even stay here after this lease due to the sudden increase in rent.
I have used this facility many times over the past 20 years. Lately it seems to have gone downhill. There is not a person there very often, when they are it's great. The automatic door has been broken the last two times, a light was out by my unit and the floors seemed to be dirty. It's like it operates by itself now. They used to have staff there like 6 days a week, offer a truck to move in (for free!). Now, the facility has really gone downhill, sad to say.
