I needed a storage unit quickly. I found one at valley storage online one night and was able to rent it right then and there and move my stuff into it the very next day. Extremely affordable and very clean and orderly units . Excellent business.
I rented a storage unit here for years, had an employee that regularly received freight shipments that were dropped off, Kris was great to work with. Clean office, bathroom accessible to customers. Super friendly. 24/7 code access. Good sized units, in a good area that's away from foot traffic (security). Would rent here again if I had the need.
The facility is clean, and there are no mice in my unit. However, I have a 10x15 unit and pay $208 per month, yet on their website, that size unit is advertised for $104. They've raised the fee 3 times since I moved in back april 2023 for their reported increase in their expenses per letters I've received. I have inquired multiple times, left many messages, even texted their phone number asking for an explanation, and have yet to get on. BEST Customer Service Ever! I was renting three units, at three other locations locally and wanted to consolidate them. I originally came here because they have the best rates in Berkeley County. Not only have I been able to merge all 3 units-I’m paying @ $200 LESS with room to spare in my current unit AND it’s insured!! Valley Storage, Martinsburg is #1, imho!!
Easy reservation, easy signup, storage walls clean and easy to access, I got help opening the door right away cuz the lady from the counter was riding around with her golf cart, making sure all was well before we came looking for her. When I was concerned that my space was gonna be too small, she made some suggestions on how to save space and money. .
