Outrageous prices. We have two units (unfortunately) after downsizing.Both units are supposed to be on direct withdrawal. Yet one doesn't come out. Went in to try to correct this last month. Yet again slammed with $85 in late fees. More than a car - for less than 30 days. The other unit has never been late but last two payments keep increasing. Nice facility but nothing grand. I recently received a notice in the mail that my total monthly bill for my storage unit was going to be $299/month now. I had been paying $227/month. I’m on auto pay and THEY TOOK $307 OUT OF MY ACCOUNT!!! I’ve called them and was told they can’t really tell me why I have to suddenly pay $80 MORE EACH MONTH and there’s nothing they can do. I’m going to get my stuff out of there as soon as I can!
I've been here 4 months and my monthly rate just went up $62. They lure you in with a low rate and then jack up the price. So now I'm paying close to $200 a month for a "climate controlled" unit that's kept at 80 degrees? **UPDATE** I sent you an email to that address regarding this issue before posting my negative review and got zero response. Im guessing you don't actually follow up with negative reviews. You just post that generic response so people think there is some aspect of good customer service.
This storage facility is absolutely phenomenal. Kevin Rich was so kind and personable. It really is hard to find quality customer service. He went above and beyond. There was a customer in-front of me but he took care of my needs very quickly. He truly cares about people that rent units here . He walked me up and showed me 2 different units. God is good because I needed guidance and someone so kind . I will recommend this facility to everyone I know and ask for Kevin specifically. Also everything is so clean!!!!
We had the pleasure of working with Ericka today for a unit today. She was extremely nice, was very customer oriented, and went above and beyond to work with us. We appreciate her and work!
