The storage space is good. Sign up is easy. Two things they can improve 1- communicate clearly with folks that sign up online to let them know there are two parking lot entry gates, but only 1 will take their code. 2- An elevator and a door have been out of order for a couple weeks now. I have to go in one door, walk all the way around the building and go up the elevator to go to my space. Not a huge deal, but I am surprised it is taking so long to get fixed. The office manager is very nice, professional, and helpful.
Incredible facility and incredibly secure. Great prices and the employees are always helpful and on top of things. I am very impressed with everything so far. 10/10 would recommend! Definitely try them if you need a storage place anywhere in the essex/middle river area.
Very difficult to set up online to rent in advance. Actually, it’s impossible. They said you have to let them know the day that you want to start renting you can’t set it up prior to and they’re only open certain hours so good luck. also, while Correy was very helpful, he did not know how to listen before responding. It’s very rude to interrupt people when they’re trying to talk!
Corey at self storage plus is amazing! He is a one man show but handles all the needs!! Whenever you need him he returns your calls, willing to help and will listen to your needs. Thanks Corey!
