Used this storage unit for my military son who is station in Japan and recently moved out of the area so moved his possessions where we moved. When we moved out we left the unit cleaned and only used this unit 6 days and they charged us $513 for 6 days and then said oh sorry we don’t prorate on our units. I am ex military as well and have used storage in many states and never had a company do that before! That is pure greed and bad business! Excellent, EXCELLENT customer service from Katie regarding a terrible experience with a local business of which the main company was unaware. Katie spent 32 minutes sifting through the issue and got me headed in the right direction.

This is the second time I've rented a unit from this facility. I returned because it's a good price, convenient, clean, and very friendly staff. They make the whole process stress-free. Highly recommend Self Storage Plus in Lisenby Avenue.
