CUBESMART Hyattsville is simply storage solution at best! Affordable, very customer -oriented and honest business practices! From the District Manager to the General Manager to the Sales Manager and the maintenance staff, nothing but white-glove service! Poor customer service from regional management, feels like the company is managed by robots that are strictly about a dollar and holding your stored belongings hostaged. Service was 100 times better, when it was Self-Store. Do not use Cube Smart in the DC area, the absolute worst! Price gouging every opportunity they get and management seems to be clueless.
Terry was very nice and showed me around even though he had a person giving him a problem that was before me he was patient and respectful giving great service.
CubeSmart Self Storage at the Kenilworth Ave location where Mr. Terry works is the best! He helped me with all my needs. Mr. Terry is so kind, accommodating, and professional. I truly appreciate the awesome customer service I received in doing business with this facility.
My 2nd time having to rent a storage space and the experience was simple and easy. Made my reservation online, came in the day of, and rented my unit. Staff was nice. Location isnt crowded so it's been easy to move my belongings into the space as well. Price is pretty good too.
