Poor customer service from regional management, feels like the company is managed by robots that are strictly about a dollar and holding your stored belongings hostaged. Service was 100 times better, when it was Self-Store. Do not use Cube Smart in the DC area, the absolute worst! Price gouging every opportunity they get and management seems to be clueless.
Terry was very nice and showed me around even though he had a person giving him a problem that was before me he was patient and respectful giving great service.
