Good price, but why you don't clean after snow?
The price caught my eye so I came to check it out. I met with an incredibly warm-spirited young lady named Day who was very knowledgeable and helped me with my numerous questions. She also recommended I check out and compare their other location options. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. Thank you thank you, Day, Solimar, and Edwin!
I am very disappointed with the premises of this storage facility. The area is not locked from public transit; the storage space itself is not climate controlled; and there was urine on the asphalt at the entrance to our space. While we were unloading our van someone stole a bin we had placed beside our other car. Since you have to book online to get the best deal, i didn’t have the opportunity to go visit the premises beforehand. The only redeeming aspect about this place is the kind receptionist, Ellie.
Rental process was very efficient. Accessibility to storage has been no problem.
